On February 1, 2022, Sharon S. Henry formally announced her candidacy for District Attorney of Solano County. Sharon’s announcement—made on the steps of the Hall of Justice in Fairfield, California—fell on the first day of Black History Month. As a veteran prosecutor and passionate leader, Sharon is both excited and humbled to bring her 34 years of public service experience to the citizens of Solano County. 


Sharon is honored to be endorsed by the Solano County Democratic Party, SEIU Local 1021, elected officials, current and former DA office staff, and dozens of community advocates throughout the county.

As District Attorney, Sharon will embody the values of truth, justice, and community. She is committed to restoring public trust in the District Attorney's office, upholding victim's rights, and ensuring equal justice for all.
